Food and Flower Show Dundee

Saturday saw me heading to the Food and Flower Show at Dundee. Thankfully it stayed dry despite an original forecast for showers (did have my wellies on as it is an outdoor show with marquees however didn't really need them in the end.)

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous - here is the winner from one of the chrysanthemum sections:

The colours were amazing -

Also lots of food to sample.  I saw these Arbroath smokies being smoked in the traditional way.

All in all it was a great day. Lots of stalls and tasting opportunities.

Hope you had a great weekend.

  2. Wow those flowers are stunning, they do not look real as so perfect. The hours that must have gone into caring for them. Thank you for your comment on my blog and sharing your day.
