Thought I'd write a quick post as really my fingers are all I can move today! Due to the upcoming holiday I decided to have a personal training session with one of the trainers at my gym to work out a routine for a holiday swimsuit body blitz!

I had the session on Wednesday night and I still cannot walk especially upstairs without aching! I honestly thought I was doing not bad in my fitness what with my cycling, midday run and then the gym.  However, it just goes to show how you really have to do a variety of things to make sure you are using a variety of muscles!

Thursday I had a gym routine from him to do also - which I found exceedingly hard mainly because of my sore legs from the day before! Today day 3 is a rest day where I have to do nothing! I did however have to get to work and back on my bike! Though I will say this loosened my legs off while I was doing it.  Tomorrow I am swimming then it's back to the really hard workout on Monday. He did however say it will feel easier as time goes on.

If I don't look at least half presentable in a swimsuit by the pool on my holiday.......!!
