Lucky Mistake

I have been busy making a DVD of the Dubrovnik wedding - nothing too complicated, just using photographs and adding music.

I set my camera up to try and capture the moment when they came out of Sponza Palace (where the wedding took place) - I wanted to get the rose petals in full flight!

When I came to check my pictures later, it turned out I'd pressed the record button by mistake - but it turned out to be a lucky mistake as I think this is lovely.

Dubrovnik Wedding

I'm sure that you all know how much I'm enjoying photography, so I wanted to share a picture of the bride and groom from the wedding in Dubrovnik.

I saw this idea of the groom making a heart shape with his hands on-line and thought it would make a really different picture.  Was pleased with how it turned out.

Which Corsage

Well as I mentioned yesterday, I'm off to a wedding next week - in Dubrovnik of all places! Really excited about seeing the city as well as the wedding!

I am going to wearing a Pearl o' The Tay tartan corsage.  I have made a couple up and just have to decide which one!

Option 1

I decided to use a white ribbon as my dress is light coloured and summery.

The other option is this one with the white netting at the edge.

Option 2

I am swaying towards Option 1 but after trying Option 2 on again it does actually look quite nice.

Decisions! Decisions!
