Well should have taken my camera to work as saw lots of interesting things while I was out for a run at lunchtime in the sun - yes sun again!
Anyway, had to take a picture in the garden tonight. Thought this Lupin looked nice.

If you had taken your camera on your run you would have had to stop. Not good!
